1. My daily streak was reset. How do I fix it?

Streaks are saved locally in your browser’s LocalStorage. If you use "Incognito / Private" browsing, clear your browser history, or use an aggressive cleaner app, local data will be deleted. To safeguard your streak, play in a regular browser window and ensure "Clear cookies and site data on exit" is disabled for https://games.isrturl.com.

2. Sound effects are not playing

Most modern browsers block audio playback until the user interacts with the page. Tap or click anywhere on the screen, then make sure the sound button (🔊) in the navigation bar is toggled on.

3. Can I install PuzzleVerse as an app?

Yes! PuzzleVerse is a Progressive Web App (PWA). In Chrome or Edge, tap the "Install" icon in your address bar. On Safari (iOS), tap "Share" and select "Add to Home Screen" to launch PuzzleVerse in fullscreen like a native app.
